This video introduces and explains the various models & methods available to support your reflective learning. In the video we have shared examples of how to record and document reflective learning and have also shown examples of HSCP professionals using reflective learning in the workplace especially now during Covid 19.
Special thanks to Anthony Ryan, Chief Cardiac Physiologist in Sligo University Hospital  & Grainne Buicke, Senior Vascular Physiologist in University Hospital Limerick for sharing their experiences in the introductory part of this video.
